FAQ

The money

What does it cost me?
Single Keyword is $149 per client per month, Local is $249, and Multi-Location is $449. At 10+ clients in a billing state those drop to $119 / $199 / $379, applied to all your clients on that SKU — not only the ones past the threshold.
What is the "published retail" column for?
It is what your client would pay us directly — $549, $899, $1,499. It exists so you have a public number to point your client at when you quote them. There is no checkout attached to it; nobody can buy at retail, because a supplier that sells direct is competing with its own partners.
What margin do I actually keep?
At published retail, 73% on Single Keyword, 72% on Local, and 70% on Multi-Location. At the volume rate those become 78%, 78% and 75%. You set your own price, so the real number is whatever you charge minus what you pay us.
Is there a platform fee, a minimum, or a contract?
None of the three. No platform fee, no seat licence, no setup fee, no minimum client count, and no annual contract. One client is fine.
What happens if my card fails?
We email you and hold delivery for a grace period rather than cutting accounts off. A failed card on an agency with a dozen clients is a dozen fulfilments at risk, so it gets handled as an exception with a human, not as a silent pause.
FAQ

Pay-on-results

What if you never get a win?
Then you never pay us for that client. You keep billing them for the rest of your retainer either way. Multi-Location is the exception and bills from month one — that is stated on the rate card and in the agreement.
How exactly is a "win" defined?
A device-farm capture showing the client’s business in positions 1–3 of the Google Maps Local Pack for a keyword agreed with you before that client was added. It is named in your agreement, per client, before that client is added — so there is no judgement call at invoice time.
How do I know the win is real?
You can check it yourself. A Google Maps position is a public search result — open Maps in that market and look. That is the main practical reason this milestone is a Maps position and not something only we can measure.
What stops a client being billed for a fluke ranking?
The capture is a dated photograph from a real device geo-pinned to that client’s market, against a keyword agreed in advance. If you dispute a capture, raise it and we review the evidence before the invoice stands.
FAQ

Your client, your brand

Who owns the client relationship?
You do, permanently. We never contact them, never appear in their inbox, and never appear on their invoice. There is no contact path from us to your client.
What does my client actually see?
A portal and reports carrying your logo, showing the dated baseline capture next to every capture since. Nothing in it identifies us.
Do you sell to local businesses directly?
Not through this site — there is no consumer checkout here. Any client you register with us is also suppressed from our own outbound, so we are not marketing to a business you are already serving.
Do you need access to my client’s accounts?
No. We never log into your client’s Google Business Profile or website. Profile recommendations come to you, and you stay in control of what gets applied.
FAQ

Scope and delivery

What does the programme cover?
Google Maps / Local Pack only. Ongoing white-hat execution — profile, local listings, content, entity consistency — measured with real-device capture.
What is not included?
Organic (blue-link) search rankings; AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini are a separate programme; Paid search or paid social; Website builds or hosting. We would rather cover one surface properly than list six.
What does the device farm actually do?
It measures. A real consumer phone, geo-pinned to your client’s city, searches the keyword on Google Maps and photographs what it sees, dated. The farm proves rank; it does not cause it. Movement comes from the execution work.
How is this different from a rank tracker?
A rank tracker queries an API and infers a position. We photograph the actual Local Pack from a real device in the market. Your client can be shown the photograph; they cannot be shown an inference.
What if my client operates in several cities?
Each market is configured separately on the device farm. Multi-Location covers up to 10 keywords or multiple locations for one client; beyond that we scope it on the call.
Can I see it before I commit?
Yes. Send three of your clients through the free captures — real devices, their markets, no card and no call — whether or not you ever sign anything.
