Acceptable Use & Authenticity Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy applies to customers, operators, contractors, and activity performed through Top3. It is incorporated into the Terms.
Required standard
- Use real people and accurate business facts.
- Make contributions useful and relevant to the actual discussion.
- Follow each community’s rules, disclosure requirements, and moderation decisions.
- Distinguish Top3-managed or client-owned participation from independent engagement.
- Preserve evidence honestly; do not crop, relabel, or present a result in a misleading way.
Prohibited activity
- Bots, scripted voting, fake votes, vote rings, brigading, or coordinated manipulation.
- Purchased, stolen, rented, or deceptively transferred accounts.
- Impersonation, fabricated personas used to claim personal experience, or undisclosed conflicts where disclosure is required.
- Fake reviews, testimonials, customers, case results, credentials, awards, prices, or competitor claims.
- Harassment, doxxing, threats, hate, discrimination, defamation, or deceptive disparagement.
- Spam, repetitive promotion, evasion of moderation, or attempts to bypass a platform ban.
- Illegal products or services, adult sexual services, weapons, unlawful drugs, predatory lending, deceptive health claims, or other activity Top3 determines creates material legal or safety risk.
- Political persuasion, election activity, influence operations, or sensitive-trait targeting.
Regulated and high-risk categories
Healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, housing, employment, education, addiction treatment, and other regulated services require documented licenses and claim review. Top3 may decline any category or question even if it is otherwise lawful.
Customer inputs
You may submit only information you have authority to use. Buyer questions must be category-focused and may not be designed to defame a competitor or launder an unsupported superlative. You must promptly correct material inaccuracies.
Enforcement
Top3 may reject a question, require edits or disclosures, remove or report content, pause work, disqualify a run, or terminate service. Suspected manipulation or illegal activity may be preserved and shared with platforms, payment processors, or authorities where appropriate.
