Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026
Top3 LLC (“Top3,” “we,” or “us”) operates top3.cloud from Utah, United States. This policy explains how we handle information for the direct AI-ranking service, agency partner service, website, communications, and internal operations.
Information we collect
- Contact and business data: name, email, business name, website, service, location or market, agency name, and client details provided by an authorized partner.
- Internal review data: public factual sources, target customer, differentiators, credentials, supported and prohibited claims, brand voice, disclosure model, review preference, correction contact, operator decisions, and review timestamps.
- Ranking-run and workspace data: initial questions, covered engines, state, current owner and next action, activity updates, community evidence URLs and labels, screenshots, timestamps, reviewer records, monthly reports, proof decisions, rotation requests, correction requests, and support messages.
- Billing data: Stripe Customer, SetupIntent, Subscription, Invoice, and PaymentMethod identifiers; status; amount; dates; and limited card descriptors. Top3 does not receive full card numbers or CVV.
- Technical and attribution data: IP address, user agent, cookies, referral URL, page activity, UTM fields, and advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, fbp, and fbc.
- Communications: email delivery status, replies, support history, consent records, and audit events.
How we use information
- Research public business information and complete an internal service-fit and factual review before public community work.
- Provide, measure, verify, report, correct, and support the services.
- Save or remove a payment method, create a subscription only after qualifying proof and explicit continuation, process invoices, and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional setup, status, proof, payment, closure, and support messages.
- Maintain evidence of consent, internal review, proof delivery, customer controls, billing decisions, compliance, and disputes.
- Measure landing-page and advertising performance and improve the product.
- Comply with law, platform rules, and security obligations.
Sharing and processors
We share data only as needed with service providers such as Stripe (billing), Amazon Web Services (hosting and evidence storage), SendGrid (email), Google (authentication, analytics, and advertising measurement where enabled), Meta (Pixel and Conversions API where enabled), and professional advisers. Reddit, Quora, and AI providers process public or submitted activity under their own policies. We may disclose information for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, corporate transactions, or with your direction.
Public content and evidence
Supportable information from the submitted website and public sources may be used in public third-party discussions after internal operator review. Public URLs, screenshots, participation labels, and AI-result evidence may appear in the customer workspace and proof packet. Public third-party content may remain after a run closes or a subscription ends, subject to platform control and correction or takedown review. Internal review fields are not displayed on public marketing pages.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use necessary cookies for sessions and security and may use analytics and advertising technologies to measure visits and conversions. Browser controls and platform settings can limit cookies, but some attribution may be lost. We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may treat targeted-ad data sharing as “sharing”; eligible residents may request an opt-out by emailing us.
Retention
We retain active account and service records while needed to provide the service. Consent, internal review, proof, invoice, fraud, correction, closure, and dispute records may be retained for legal, safety, and accounting periods. Public community content may remain on third-party platforms. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups, legal obligations, and security holds.
Security
We use access controls, tokenized customer links, signed decision records, Stripe-hosted card collection, encrypted transport, restricted operator access, and private evidence retrieval. Customer workspace links should be treated as confidential. No system is perfectly secure. Notify hello@top3.cloud of suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an advertising-data opt-out. Before a subscription exists, the customer workspace can close the free run and remove its saved payment method. You may unsubscribe from marketing; transactional service messages may continue. We verify requests and may retain records required for billing, fraud, legal claims, or compliance.
Children, international processing, and changes
The services are for adults and businesses, not children under 13. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. We will post policy changes here and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
