How the work runs, and how it gets proven.
You are putting your name on this, so you should be able to explain it to your client without us in the room. This page is what you would need to do that.
The lifecycle of one client account.
You add a client and we agree the keywords
On the call or in the console. Keyword, business, market. The keyword set is what the win is measured against, and it is fixed before any work starts so nobody is renegotiating the target later.
We capture a dated baseline
A real consumer phone, geo-pinned to that client’s market, photographs the Local Pack for each agreed keyword. That capture is the before. It is a photograph with a date, not a number from an API.
We do the execution work
White-hat local SEO: profile, local listings, content, entity consistency. We never log into your client’s accounts — profile recommendations go to you, and you stay in control of what gets applied.
Capture repeats on a schedule
The same farm re-photographs the same keywords from the same market. Your client’s portal shows the baseline alongside every capture since, all dated, all under your brand.
A verified win starts billing for that client
When a capture shows positions 1–3 for an agreed keyword, that client joins your invoice from that month. Not before. On Multi-Location, billing starts at month one instead.
A photograph, not an estimate.
Rank trackers query an API and infer a position. That inference is fine for trend lines and useless as evidence, because your client cannot check it and neither can you.
We run real consumer smartphones on real carrier networks, geo-pinned to the client’s own market, and photograph the Local Pack exactly as their customer would see it. No emulators, no bots, no VPNs. Every capture is dated and stored, so the baseline sits next to every capture since.
This matters for the billing mechanic specifically: the milestone that triggers your invoice is externally checkable. You are not being asked to trust our measurement — a Maps position is public, and you can verify it yourself the same day.
A device-farm capture showing the client’s business in positions 1–3 of the Google Maps Local Pack for a keyword agreed with you before that client was added.
What this covers, and what it does not.
The programme covers Google Maps / Local Pack only. One surface, done properly, measured on real hardware.
Explicitly outside it:
- —Organic (blue-link) search rankings
- —AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini are a separate programme
- —Paid search or paid social
- —Website builds or hosting
We would rather cover one surface properly than list six. If a client needs organic or paid alongside this, that stays yours — which is usually the point.
We publish the proof, not the playbook. You get the methodology brief and the evidence standard; the exact prompt set and device method stay ours. That protects your margin as much as our moat — a client who can reproduce the method does not need either of us.
Test the evidence standard for free.
Send three of your clients. We run the captures on real devices in their markets and send them back — no card, no call. Judge the method on your own accounts before you decide anything.
