Contributions are researched, written, and reviewed by people. Each contribution should answer the actual discussion—not exist only to insert a brand name.
These standards apply to Top3 operators, contributors, contractors, customers, and every direct AI-ranking run.

Top3 works from supportable public sources and operator-reviewed facts, credentials, differentiators, supported claims, prohibited claims, and brand voice. Unsupported personal experience is never invented.
Top3-managed and client-owned participation is not represented as independent customer engagement. Relationships and authorship are disclosed where a community or applicable rule requires it.
Top3 does not use bots, fake votes, vote rings, brigading, purchased or deceptively transferred accounts, coordinated manipulation, or guaranteed “organic” reactions.
The team follows community rules, topic requirements, moderation decisions, disclosure standards, and account restrictions. We do not evade bans or repost removed material to defeat moderation.
Customers, moderators, and community members can request a correction or takedown. Top3 reviews the source, records the request, and takes appropriate action.
Customer setup ends after the website and location are submitted. Public work still cannot begin until a Top3 operator completes the internal review.
Top3 records one business, one market, and three exact initial buyer questions that define what result can qualify.
A named operator reviews public sources, differentiators, credentials, supported and prohibited claims, voice, disclosure model, and correction contact.
Sensitive or regulated categories can require prepublication review, and Top3 may decline them entirely. The internal approval is mandatory.
