Plain answers

Know exactly what happens before you start.

The guarantee, work, proof, billing, and service limits are intentionally explicit.

What exactly is guaranteed?

Your initial run costs $0. We only present a result as qualifying when one of the three exact initial questions recorded for your business and location shows your business among the first three recommendations on a covered AI engine, with visible context, timestamps, human review, and a recheck within 72 hours. This is a verified observed result—not a promise of permanent placement on every query or every engine.

When is my card charged?

It is not charged at signup. Stripe saves it securely, but no subscription is created. After qualifying proof is delivered, you review it and must explicitly click “Yes, Continue at $497/Month.” Only then do we attempt the first payment.

What do I submit after saving my card?

Only the business website and its primary location or service area. That is the final customer setup step. Top3 verifies the business, selects the three initial questions, reviews public factual sources and claim boundaries, and takes it from there.

What if you do not get a qualifying result?

You pay $0. There is no initial service invoice and no subscription to cancel. We do not promise a fixed completion date because AI systems and community response are outside any provider’s direct control.

When will I hear from Top3?

Top3 completes the initial fit and internal factual-source review within two business days after you submit the website and location, posts the first substantive workspace update within seven days, and updates the workspace at least weekly while the initial run remains active.

Ready to see whether Top3 fits your business?
Can I see what the team is doing?

Yes. Your secure workspace shows the current owner and next action, a public-safe activity timeline, community URLs and screenshots, participation labels, proof status, monthly reports after activation, and billing controls. There is no additional setup form.

Can I stop before I activate the monthly service?

Yes. Before a subscription exists, the workspace can close the free run and remove its saved payment method. Closing stops new work and prevents later activation. Public third-party content may remain, so use the correction or takedown control when a public item needs review.

Do you use bots, fake engagement, or purchased accounts?

No. The service standard is authentic human participation: no bots, fake votes, impersonation, purchased accounts, coordinated manipulation, or claims that managed activity is independent organic engagement.

Who writes and reviews the work?

Top3 is founder-led by Russell Thornton. Human contributors may support research and writing inside operator-reviewed factual boundaries. A named Top3 operator approves the intake before public work begins, and a human reviewer checks community evidence and any qualifying AI result before proof is delivered.

Why Reddit and Quora?

Public discussions often contain the comparisons, experiences, and category language that buyers—and the systems summarizing the web—use to understand a market. We build useful, inspectable community evidence rather than hidden technical signals.

Which AI engines count?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Copilot are covered. The qualifying packet identifies the engine, exact initial question, observed rank, answer context, capture time, and recheck time.

What does $497/month include after I continue?

We maintain and monitor the winning question, continue work toward the other two initial questions, monitor covered engines, preserve evidence and rechecks, include one question rotation per month, publish a monthly evidence report, and handle correction or takedown requests.

Can you guarantee how an AI engine will answer forever?

No. AI answers can change by time, model, location, account context, and source updates. The guarantee is the documented qualifying result for the initial $0 run, verified under the published standard.
