What we use

• Necessary and security technologies: support sessions, fraud prevention, customer links, form integrity, and service operation.
• First-party attribution: stores landing path, referral information, UTM parameters, and advertising click identifiers so an intake or paid activation can be connected to the correct campaign.
• Analytics: Google Analytics may measure visits, page use, and conversion events when configured.
• Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags may measure page views, saved-card completions, and paid activations when configured. Server-side conversion events may also use identifiers you supplied or that the platforms set.
• Service providers: Stripe, Google authentication, and other embedded or linked services may set their own technologies under their policies.

Your choices

You can block or delete browser storage through browser settings and use Google and Meta advertising controls. Blocking these technologies can reduce attribution accuracy and may affect login or customer-link functions. Where consent is legally required, Top3 will apply the available consent controls; you can also request an advertising-data opt-out at hello@top3.cloud.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browser Do Not Track signals do not have one uniform industry meaning. We will honor legally applicable opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where required, as our consent tooling supports them.
